In my role at Warner Records, I honed the craft of impactful storytelling and provided vital support in the development of artist visions. Collaborating closely with A&R and A&R administration teams, I delved into the intricate world of creativity and logistics, understanding the journey of bringing a song from the studio to digital service providers (DSPs). This involved adept negotiation of deals with studios and mixing engineers, ensuring smooth transitions in the music production process. Adaptability was key as I navigated the ever-evolving music landscape, staying attuned to trends and cultural shifts. This vigilance ensured our strategies remained relevant and effective amid rapid changes in the industry. A significant highlight of my tenure was the successful relaunch campaign for Sire Records, where I played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a targeted strategy. By creating compelling content and messaging aligned with artists' brands, we achieved an impressive 25% increase in awareness within the first year, solidifying Sire Records' position in the market. In addition, I managed a diverse network of valuable resources, ranging from songwriters, producers, and managers to attorneys, concert promoters, and consumer press.
